Terms of Service

By accessing or using the 10to10 mobile application, website (10to10.app), or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By allowing your child to use 10to10, you agree to these terms on their behalf.

10to10 is a daily English grammar practice app designed for ESL students in grades 2 through 12. The Service provides multiple-choice grammar questions, progress tracking, revision sessions, and optional AI-powered explanations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, grade level, and a password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through the contact form
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or other security measures
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

All content in the Service — including grammar questions, explanations, app design, logos, and code — is owned by 10to10 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

10to10 may offer free and paid subscription plans. Details of each plan, including features and pricing, are available on our pricing page.

• Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their refund policies

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes before their next renewal.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Grammar questions or AI explanations will be free of errors
• The Service will meet your specific educational goals or requirements
• Results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

10to10 is a supplementary learning tool, not a replacement for classroom instruction or professional tutoring.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10to10 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or THB 1,000, whichever is greater.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g. via email or an in-app notice).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
