How to delete your 10to10 account and data

Overview

You can delete your 10to10 account at any time from within the app. We offer two options to give you flexibility and peace of mind.

Option 1: Scheduled deletion (30 days)

Schedule your account for deletion in 30 days. During this period, you can change your mind by simply logging back in — your deletion request will be automatically cancelled and your data will remain intact.

After 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.

Option 2: Immediate deletion

Permanently delete your account and all associated data right away. This action cannot be undone — once confirmed, your account is gone immediately.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the 10to10 app and go to your Profile tab
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  3. Choose either Delete in 30 Days or Delete Immediately
  4. Enter your password to confirm

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, grade, level)
  • All practice history and answer submissions
  • Progress reports and accuracy data
  • Topic mastery and weakness tracking data
  • Exercise history and level progression logs
  • Your profile photo (if uploaded)
  • Authentication credentials

If you cannot access the app or need assistance deleting your account, you can request manual deletion by contacting us at hello@10to10.app. Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
